Management Team

David Morrow
Managing Director
David started working with his father in the family business as a teenager after school. When his father passed away, David at age 17, took over the business and built it into what it is today.

From a small chemical company, to a transport company, to now a multisite logistics business, David’s passion for logistics has come a long way. At times you’ll still see David on a forklift with the team, or doing a delivery in one of the company trucks. You can take the boy out of the truck, but you can never take the love of trucks out of the boy!

Robyn Morrow
General Manager
After an 18 year career with Marketing Services providers Salmat & PMP, Robyn joined Morrows in 2015.

With a passion for business improvement, customer service and team culture, Robyn’s main goal is to always ensure a first class experience for both clients and staff.

Peter Gill
Group Logistics Manager
Peter joined the Morrows team in 2017. He brings a wealth of experience across many sectors of the industry including warehousing, interstate and local transport and contract distribution.

His passion is to provide a superior and efficient service which ensures that Morrows customers will always be the key focus of everything we do.

Shannon Lomas
Logistics Manager
Our newest addition to the leadership team, Shannon brings 10 years of FMCG and DG 3PL experience with him to Morrows.

With a successful track record of building strong teams in complex environments, Shannon’s efforts will help Morrows continue to grow in the warehousing space. His appetite for finding value for our operations and customers fits the Morrows culture seamlessly, in addition to his emphasis on team work and investing in our people.

Keith Gogos
Logistics Manager
Accomplished Logistics Manager with over 23 years’ experience overseeing operations and organizational processes with well-known, well-established companies.

Lean Six Sigma certified and proficient in customizing methodologies to suit specific department needs. Skilled in team leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning.

Keith also brings a sporting culture to Morrows which boosts morale, fosters teamwork, and encourages a healthy competitive spirit amongst employees.

Mark Yates
Work Health & Safety Manager
With a Degree in Logistics Supply Chain from RMIT University, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Morrows Logistics from his experience working for multi-national companies.

Mark has a huge passion for Health & Safety, believing that the key to effective management is genuine engagement and a down-to-earth approach.

Marli Morrow
Wellbeing Ambassador
Marli commenced with Morrows in 2016. She walked in and gave us those puppy dog eyes and from there we just knew she was a perfect fit.

Her core responsibilities each day include regular check ups on all team members around the office, attending regular meetings (usually with both eyes closed) and keeping an eye out for the lunch truck, alerting everyone to stop for (her) lunch! Marli was appointed to the position of Wellbeing Ambassador in late 2018, a true reward for being empathetic to all, showing patience and tolerance, and most importantly, teaching us all to ‘smell the roses’, take a break and always be ready for treats!
