Caught in the Headlights - Customer Service Coordinator - Kim Hope

Welcome to the latest edition of “Caught in the Headlights”. This month we’d like to introduce you to Kim, Customer Service Coordinator at our Noble Park site.

Although Kim has only been a part of the Morrows team since October 2021, it feels like she’s been with us forever. Kim came to us due to her experience and relationship with one of our new clients - Downer. She was initially hesitant to make the switch and come to Morrows, but we knew she was the right fit for us and we wouldn’t take “No” for an answer. And the rest, they say, is history.

Kim’s been an amazing addition to the team, and has been instrumental in getting the Noble Park site, which only opened in July 2021, up and running.
